Hey Alex! I love your concept of looking at transition. I think transition is a big part of people’s lives and I also feel there is transition that we don’t notice or pay attention to so I think it will be cool to capture. I like your construction images. I think it can be an interesting subject, just make sure to pay attention to your compositions and make them interesting. I wish the second image was a little brighter. I’m not sure the third picture works so well. Other than the crane and some scaffolding it doesn’t look like it is in a transition period when you first look at it. I’m also not sure the fourth image works with “transition” it is more growth which I guess you could look at as a part of transition. I do like the composition and the contrast of the plant to the rough and grey brick. I love the building in the fifth picture! I think your ruin/rubble pictures are great for transition, especially if you pair it with the construction and building that is being overgrown. I think your last image also shows transition and I like the spots of light at the top of the image, but I wish the photo was a little more interesting. Nice progress!
